MO802 Villa Alkhozama is set within the gated and walled Ezzahra Estate, situated in the exclusive Palmeraie area of Marrakech and only 12km from Menara international airport.
With its own entrance, Alkhozama (meaning lavender in Arabic) is a two-bedroom villa, where contemporary design combines exacting standards with traditional craftmanship. This enchanting and independent property can be rented on its own or with any combination of the other three properties within the grounds; MO801 Villa Ezzahra, MO805 Villa Azzaytouna and MO806 Villa Azeer. Perfect for that honeymoon escape or special celebration.
The living accommodation is on the ground floor and both bedrooms with their en-suites are based on the lower ground floor; there is air conditioning throughout with under floor heating for the winter. The principal bedroom opens onto a terrace including a king-size day bed and a sunken mosaic heated lap-pool (12m x 3.5m). The second bedroom enjoys a covered terrace with comfortable seating and a writing desk.
Lose all tension by taking advantage of two or four-hand massage by trained masseurs and enjoy their range of beauty treatments, or benefit from the Hammam (shared with MO805 Villa Azzaytouna). Afterwards, choose your favourite dishes from an extensive house menu. All service, food and non-alcoholic drink are included in your stay at MO802 Villa Alkhozama.
The rental includes sole use in exclusivity and all facilities offered at the house, all food selected from their a la carte menus, all soft drinks, daily maid service including laundry, unlimited Spa treatments by the two in-house beauty therapists, a guided and accompanied tour to the Medina, swimming pool heating as required and one return airport transfer irrespective of numbers.

Activities close to Alkhozama include horse riding, camel riding, go-karting and golf. Guides can be arranged for those who wish to explore the centre of Marrakech and its many souks. Day trips to the Atlas Mountains, 40km from Alkhozama, can also be arranged including a one or two hour mule trek and a country lunch. Tennis, golf, skiing & trekking nearby.
Sophisticated Marrakech’s restaurants & medina (8km). Menara International airport (12km). Renowned golf courses can be played throughout an extended season. Excellent skiing until end of April at 6-lift Atlas ski station of Oukaimeden (55km).
