This gated and walled Estate of 3 villas, with the new addition of a fourth villa for a dependent and carer, planned with meticulous attention to detail.
Situated in the exclusive Palmeraie area, Marrakech only 15 minutes drive away, 12km from Menara international airport.
Beautifully designed with your very own personal spa incorporating hammam, massage and beauty services. Also extensive gymnasium with Techno gym equipment and games room. Facilities include a private conference and media room in the garden wing, and a paddle tennis court. An enticing heated swimming pool (16m x 6m) is surrounded by single & double sun beds, parasols and traditional Berber shade tent.
Fountains play in courtyards; roof and shaded terraces overlook mature gardens. The spacious salon combines both formal seating and dining. Behind ornate carved doors are seven luxurious bedroom suites. Additionally the Owner’s Pavilion can be offered by special arrangement and sleeps 2 guests in a double bedroom.

We so enjoyed our stay at Ezzahra. It was wonderful that Miriam was still there ten years later. The household runs so smoothly, seamlessly everything happens. The staff are incredibly discreet, and very attentive at the same time. Badr the head butler was very helpful and always smiling. The food was very good as were the local wines. I would like to provisionally reserve Villa Ezzahra for next year. We spent a very happy time there with family and friends……….2017
